COMMUNITY COACH PROGRAMME

EB sports academy are offering to subsidise (i.e. pay 100% of course cost upon succesful completion) people from the East Brighton community and local volunteers willing to get qualified in Sports coaching and get paid coaching opportunities. We are committed to helping our community via this unique oppporunity so do not miss out as we have limited funding to 20 courses.

We will subsidise 100% of course costs for up to 20 condidates in:

1) Sports Leaders course (16-20 year olds) (email us to get involved)

2) Level 1 basketball assistant coach (16+) 

3) Level 2 Club coach award (18+)

EB Sports Academy will offer to support your progress and help you achieve your qualification as well as offer volunteer opportunities required to  successfully your complete the course you register for.

Through our programme you will:

• Receive up to £500 of course fees back upon succesful completion.
• Opportunity to achieve paid coaching opportunties (succesful Level 2 candidates only).
• Get valuable CPD and nationally recognised qualifications.
• Gain confidence to speak up.
• Support the development of younger participants.
• Complete safeguarding and first aid qualifications.
• Be in a safe environement.
• Learn how to lead a group of young people in a sporty environement.
