SESSION DESCRIPTION
The FAMILY TIME session is our effort to make a positive influence in the community. Through this session we want to introduce basic physical fitness and coordination skills to the little ones as well as provide parents with fun tricks and drills to teach their children. We have small portable hoops and light basketballs that make it fun to the new players and will be offering the chance to play games, win prizes etc. Don't miss out All our coaches are Level 2 qualified or above, safeguarding certified, hold a 1st aid, DBS checked and liability insurance so you can feel confident participant's are in good hands. Please don’t hesitate to email if you have any questions or if the participant is younger than 5 but competitive or experienced.

WHAT DO I NEED TO DO?
Please make sure your young participant is ready for exercise. This means he/she should bring indoor sports shoes (i.e. not used outdoor), comfortable sports gear and a bottle of water. Make sure you are ready at the session a few minutes before start and pick your participant promptly at the end of the session. We will provide everything else.
